Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to the LingoGenie app ("Application") developed by Fast Linguals Ltd ("Service Provider").

Purchases Through Our Website

If you purchased a subscription through our website (processed by Paddle), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of the transaction without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your cancellation request before the expiration of the 14-day period.

If you cancel your purchase within this period, you will be reimbursed all payments received from you. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after Paddle is informed about your decision to cancel.

Purchases Through App Store or Google Play

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled directly by those platforms according to their respective refund policies.

Consumer Rights
